In November 2007, my husband has a hernia, while on the job market. It has been reported to the company, but never went to medical care.
In January 2008 he worked for another company. The previous owner knew about the hernia. The break is now much more serious and requires medical attention.

My question is whether there are workmen comp and if so, who the employer is responsible?
