Yes, it is halal fish oil from Alaska to the deep sea to eat, and that does not contain other prohibited ingredients that Islam forbids. And it is so rich in omega-3 fatty acid, which protects the heart and blood vessels of heart disease.
Therefore, my suggestion is to eat a tablespoon of fish oil daily for good health.
